MEDICAID PATIENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n

If you are a member of Georgia Medicaid or one of its CMO\u2019s (Avesis\/Wellcare, Dentaquest\/Peachstate, Scion\/Amerigroup), Anesthesia Consultants of Georgia will bill your plan and you will not owe anything.<\/p>\n

PRIVATE INSURANCE\/CASH PATIENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n

IF YOU HAVE PRIVATE INSURANCE FULL PAYMENT FOR ANESTHESIA FEES WILL BE REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF SERVICE.<\/p>\n

HOW TO PAY:<\/b><\/p>\n

Anesthesia Consultants of Georgia, LLC<\/strong>\u00a0will charge your dentist a fee to provide the anesthesia service. You will be required to pay the anesthesia fee directly to your dental provider.\u00a0 In turn, your dental provider will pay Anesthesia Consultants of Georgia.<\/p>\n

Please Note<\/em> * Some medical and dental insurance plans will cover the total or partial payment for anesthesia services. Your dental office can provide information on how to submit insurance claims for direct patient reimbursement.\u00a0 Anesthesia Consultants of Georgia WILL NOT participate in this process or complete any related paperwork.<\/p>\n
